Nanyang Venture Formula I
Nanyang Venture Formula I (NVF - I), the first Electric based Racing car in Singapore, being built by an undergraduate student team with the intention of competing in the FSAE competitions in Europe in the summer of 2023.

Nanyang Venture I
Nanyang Venture I, the solar car designed and built by a student team, fought against tough competition and produced very credible results. It came in fourth in the Prototype (Solar) Group competition (out of 8 in that category), and garnered second prize of the ‘Safety Award’ in the 'Special Awards' category.

Nanyang Venture II
Travelling over 3000km across the vast nation of Australia, the Nanyang Venture II, is a solar car designed to go the distance. This car was designed and made with a combination of light weight aluminium and carbon fiber to boost efficiency. NV II had succesfully completed the gruesome trip while facing the harsh Australian weather.

Nanyang Venture III
Equiped with satellite grade solar panels and a light weight 6061-T6 Aluminium chassis, the Nanyang Venture III had bagged the Solar Grand Prize at Shell Eco-Marathon 2010. The car was designed to reduce aerodynamic drag to increase efficiency on track.

Nanyang Venture IV
Known as the 'Batmobile', the Nanyang Venture IV is a diesel powered vehicle which had won the Diesel Category and Safety Award at Shell Eco-Marathon 2011. The aesthetic and functional aerodynamic tear-drop body shell had earned the NV IV its nickname as the Batmobile. This car was extremely light-weight for its category as it utilised Carbon fiber reinforced plastic monocoque chassis with Kevlar honeycomb core and strengthening ribs.

Nanyang Venture V
Nanyang Venture V is a solar powered car specially designed for 2011 Veolia World Solar Challenge. This car utilises a modified Mitsuba M2096 Direct Drive to propel it to a top speed of 130km/h. The NV V had succesfull travelled 2283 km across Australia.

Nanyang Venture VI
Nanyang Venture VI, nicknamed the “Wooden Wonder” as it was hand-built by students from wood, achieved an impressive 338 kilometres per litre for its fuel efficiency. It also beat over 100 other international entries to win the Award in Vehicle Design and Award for Safety. This is the fourth time NTU has won the Award for Safety in the competition.

Nanyang Venture VII
The Nanyang Venture VII is a battery powered vehicle built specifically for highly urbanised countries such as Singapore. It can accommodate four adults comfortably and still have adequate boot space for any shopping trips. The completed vehicle will serve as a test-bed for future alternative energy sources such as fuel-cells or new battery technology

Nanyang Venture VIII
Nanyang Venture VII, Singapore's first 3D printed urban concept car was built on a carbon fibre single shell chassis with 150 3D printed pieces combined togethre to form the shell of the car.
Over its 3 year lifetime of competing, the NV VII had won many awards. One of the many awards it had won is the Design Award for its spectacular Vertical Swing Doors. The NV VII was such a succes that it made an appearance on CNN and Shell had used as the Shell Eco-Marathon Poster.

Nanyang Venture IX
The Nanyang Venture IX combines energy savings with speed using a light weight construction of carbon fibre reinforced composite, polycarbonate and aluminium for the bodyshell, chassis and internal parts. Even the wheels are made of carbon fibre composite to minimise weight. Electrical energy is stored in high energy density lithium ion batteries. A small conformal solar panel is attached to the canopy to convert solar radiation to partially power the vehicle.

Nanyang Venture X
The Nanyang Venture X had won first place in the Urban Hydrogen category due to its light weight Carbon-Kevlar monocoque. The car only weighs 86kg without a driver. NV X is driven by two rear in-wheel motors and features a clear bubble canopy that gives the driver unparalleled visibility. Its distinctive greenish/bronze hue is due to the impact resistant and light weight kevlar/carbon composite fabric used in its construction.

Nanyang Venture XI
The smooth curves of the Nanyang Venture XI was inspired by a whale. The NV XI's body and chassis is made from carbon fiber to save weight. This 4-door car can carry 2 passangers and is powered by a brushless DC motor and Li-ion battery pack. This car is currently in the process of being converted to an Autonomous Vehicle (AV).
